How does EZ Rez actually get me a reservation?+

We monitor when restaurants release new tables and send you a push notification the moment a drop goes live. You tap through to the restaurant's reservation platform (Resy, OpenTable, Tock, etc.) and complete the booking yourself.

Do you book the table for me automatically?+

No. EZ Rez never makes reservations on your behalf. We only notify you and link you to the official platform — you stay in control of the booking.

I missed a drop. What happened?+

Drop times are estimates and restaurants can change schedules without notice. Notifications can also be delayed by device settings or network conditions. If a time looks consistently wrong, please report it via the Give Feedback button in the app.

How do I delete my account?+

Email support@ezrez.app from the address tied to your account and we'll permanently delete your account and associated data.

Which cities and platforms do you support?+

We're live in 38 cities across the US, Europe, and Asia, and track drops on Resy, OpenTable, Tock, SevenRooms, and DoorDash. New cities are added regularly.

Is EZ Rez free?+

The core app is free to download and use. Some premium features may require a subscription — you'll always see the price before you're charged.
